A complete timetable from your own rules
Tell SchedEasy your periods, subjects, teachers and how many periods each class needs. It builds the week for every class and never puts a teacher in two places at once.
- Blocked periods. Mark the periods a teacher can't take, for part-time staff or a weekly meeting. They stay free.
- Pin key periods to fixed slots. Put a lesson at a set day and period, such as Library in the last period on Friday.
- Joint classes. Teach two sections together in one period, such as PE for 6A and 6B.
- Co-teachersPaid plans Give a lesson two teachers. Both are kept free for it.
- Your final say. Change any period by hand before you publish.

Cover absent teachers in minutes Paid plans

- Teachers mark themselves absent from their own login, and say which periods they will handle themselves.
- Uncovered periods show up for you on the admin dashboard until each one has a substitute.

Questions schools ask
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Schools with up to 30 teachers can use SchedEasy free, with no time limit and no credit card. The free plan includes the timetable generator, printing, Excel import, special timings and joint classes.
Do we need to install anything?
No. SchedEasy runs in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to download.
Is our school's data safe?
Each school's data is kept separate, and only people with a login at your school can see it. Passwords are stored hashed, every page is served over HTTPS, and the whole server is backed up regularly.
Can we change the timetable by hand?
Yes. You can edit any period in a draft before you publish it. If you generate the draft again later, SchedEasy asks before replacing your changes.
How does printing work?
Open a class or teacher timetable, pick one of the two layouts and print from your browser, or save it as a PDF. Each copy is sized to fit on one A4 page.
Can we import our data from Excel?
Yes. Download the template, fill in your sections, subjects, teachers and classes, and upload it. You see a preview of what will be added before anything is saved.
How do we pay?
Paid plans are paid once a year, in rupees, through Razorpay's secure checkout.
What if we go over our teacher limit?
You get 7 days to move to the right plan, and your timetables and data stay as they are. After that, adding teachers and paid features are paused until you upgrade.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. If SchedEasy isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Message us on WhatsApp.
